Dutch Pete's Ranch

An Off-grid Retreat

Visit California's Last Frontier

Come visit the wild side --the east side of the Sierra Nevada. You can drive to this destination from the Los Angeles or San Francisco Bay area within a day!  Dutch Pete's is a stand-alone off-grid home, powered by solar panels and a back-up generator. The compound sits at the edge of the meadow, close to the site where the stage coaches stopped to rest in the late 1800s.
